Join Long Beach's Poly High XCountry Team Training Journal: Coach Fillipow
  • First, go to http://www.Entryworks.com/Training_Logs.html
  • Subscribe: An email will be sent to you with your User ID & Password
  • Check your SPAM email - occasionally JoT's automatic emails are pushed into the SPAM bin for some service providers.
  • The first time you sign in, you'll be prompted to change your User ID & Password.
  • When you're in your JoT account, click the menu option Central
  • From JoT Central, click My Coaches & Personal Training Networks
  • Enter the Invitation Code: polyxc
  • Enter the Account ID: 101
  • Click Join
  • Click the menu option List and start adding your daily workouts.
  • Click the Tutorial menu to learn how to use JoT
  • Visit My Coaches & Personal Training Networks to get a graph of your team members.

You'll be able to review graphs running distances for each team member and a graph that compares everyone on the team. You'll also be able to see everyone's weekly distances but not their personal training logs. Training logs are private. In a Coach's account, only the coach can review individual training logs, however. your notes are available only if you flag the note as public.
