• Getting started: Jump to the Location

Enter an address or intersection (e.g. "2nd and PCH, Long Beach") and click the "Jump To" icon to display that location on the map: see the area below the map on the left.

• Navigate to the exact spot  you'd like to report

Click and hold to drag the map or use the map controls to zoom in as far as possible. Click once and release to precisely mark the location of the problem on the map.

• Upload a Picture

Click the Browse button to upload a picture to accompany the report.

• Complete the Form

Answer all the questions (when applicable) and click the submit button to send the report.
